Blackstar Series One 200

So I’m retiring my beloved Vox AC 50 Classic Plus to Craigslist and getting this bad boy (pictured left). The Blackstar Series One 200. I’ve been eyeballing this beast for over a year, wondering when the hell it would start selling in the good ol’ U S of A. I already use the Blackstar HT-Dual valve two-channel distortion pedal as my primary distortion and I love it! Alas, all I could do for the last year is wait and wonder what kind of truck balls Blackstar could cram into a 200 Watt amp.

The wait is over.  Somewhere between here and San Pablo, California, there is a brown truck carrying my Blackstar. From allowing me to dial in any sound I want and blasting the windows out of the neighbor’s house, to dropping the wattage down to as far as 20, this bad m*f*k*r will give me everything I want.
